  • PAYE and employee management (data protection policy and registration with ICO in place) including wage slips
  • Word processing

  • Invoicing
  • Invoice chasing
  • Purchasing
  • Record keeping
  • Accreditation administration (such as CHAS, Constructionline and SafeContractor) and dealing with yearly renewals
  • Secretarial duties including calendar management, hotel/restaurant booking and answering phones (using VoIP) and taking messages
