- Bookkeeping using Quickbooks (stand alone version)
- VAT returns
- PAYE and employee management (data protection policy and registration with ICO in place) including wage slips
- Word processing
- Excel
- Invoicing
- Invoice chasing
- Purchasing
- Record keeping
- Accreditation administration (such as CHAS, Constructionline and SafeContractor) and dealing with yearly renewals
- Secretarial duties including calendar management, hotel/restaurant booking and answering phones (using VoIP) and taking messages
